I am really new to this game and I am having a problem with a few of the courses I have downloaded from here and other places. I am running tw 2003 and Xp Home. I have been having a problem with about 3 courses that I have downloaded and the only thing they all seem to have in common is the Lib file ts_stakes. All the other lib files work with other courses but nothing that uses the ts lib works. The system trys to load and goes back to the desktop. I have tried to download the lib from other sites and it still does the same thing. Can someone help me so that I can get these courses to work. I can also give you a list of the courses that I am trying to get to work. Thanks everyone.

List the courses here in the forum as well as your system specs. That may give us a little more information to go on. |

A solution you might want to give a shot is CLSetup which offers a solution to alot of shortcomings by making things easier installing course,s and tell you what Lib,s you need if some are missing from download.
The program handles the unzipping and directory creation automatically, and can also make full use of all available course assets, provided that the designer of the course has included them in the distribution archive. I use it all the time and saves me alot of work. This might not solve your problem, but it could help. Good Luck |

Thanks for the advice. I use the cl setup tool all the time here when I get the new courses. I found that one before I started to take down courses. It is nice for sure but still have to use the course util that comes with the tw for uninstalls. I thought I had the problem down till the Southern hills course worked and Now I am just not sure why the others are not working. I tried to downlown the 2 courses I need to use this week again and uninstall them then reinstall them and the same thing keeps happening. I am just now sure which way to go now.
