ok, there is something wrong. some courses have ratings over 10.0.

| Well have a little bad news or some really good news for some, I decided to just reset the entire rating system, before we pulled it down we had a few people going around and intentionally rating good courses with 1s. So why not just start fresh. This also fixes the error in the calculations. |
