Hi.....
You can find some help on link below: http://www.coursedownloads.com/forum/posts.asp?post=4742
This is how you can upload your new course:
Create a folder and add to that folder:
course.tcr (;compiled coursefile ) logo.dds (; logo: required for TW08.....not required for TW07 and older games ) splash.tga (; splash, picture ) coursetext.txt (; text file: you can copy text file of one of the stock courses and change text and save ) flag.dds (; optional and not required )
after that zip the folder and you will create a zip file ready for upload.(; right click the folder and choose: zip ) To do this you will need: Winzip...do a search for winzip on the internet and you will find some resources to download Winzip. Note: before you upload the zip file it is good idea to try and install the zip file in TW08 with TWCaddie08.
How to upload the zip file:
on top of homepage of Coursedownloads you will see: My account Inside My account....you will see section: Course manager........and inside you will find: Add new course for Tiger Woods 2008 Follow the instructions on next screen...... |

" ....flag.dds ( optional and not required ) " |
different opinion :)
replicas of real course flags or flag designed for a fictional course adds to the realism and enjoyment of the course
default flags, ie like the EA one in the game, aren't real pretty
there's a number of people who can help with designing associated graphics for your course |

NOT to be disruptive or anything but...
flag.dds is optional and not required to play course's, and I never really heard Gun's opinion on this ;) |

For the record....
TW Caddie if you compress the course asks you for all the files and then compresses them so they are ready to be uploaded. It wont let you compress the course unless we are going to approve it. |

WOW!! I just tried that and it works a treat! I will be using that method for my next upload. Sheesh Mich, I learn more & more about that program all the time - and yes, I did read the manual! TWCaddie rules with TCX! |
