Hi all, almost done with Colbert Hills 2014.

Here is the link if you want to test.
http://sdrv.ms/1hlAVKt

Id like feedback on whether this course actually needs a pano. In my opinion it does not.
For this version I have used a pre 07 pano which is invisible in 08, so you can see what I mean.
The plot is extremely big and undulating and the holes are spaced so far apart that any visible 08 pano on some holes seems to be in the middle of the course. IE the diameter of the pano is not big enough to enclose the entire plot.

New vegetation and textures.
Enjoy.

Only on the 6th hole the lack of a pano is apparent. But Id rather 1 hole have this issue, then the pano appearing halfway through the course.

there are a number of courses from various years without a pano lib used
leave the pano set for stock pebble or whatever is default in your CA
no need to use anything else

pre 07 panos were set at a different horizon height (;1000 feet lower i believe) so they do not appear

default pan settings were updated and using those adjusts for the horizon height difference

the pano is a 360 degree image around the plot diameter
so it is more the shape of the holes, elevaitons etc that allows spaces to appear
one way to adjust is to add hills or trees etc in those areas so your visible play corresponds more closely to where the pano is visible
... or not use a custom pano :)

I didn't use a pano with Whistling Straits if I remember right. There are some strange graphic glitches that come up near the perimeter but some courses just call for that.

Yeah m8 I think im not going to use a pano for this one. Will swap the old Prarie Pano for a stock one from 08 to remove that lib.

Only on the 6th hole do ya see the blurring as its close to the edge of my plot. Best results this way. :)
