I need help with making custom sounds.....I have seen it on here before but been a while and I cannot find the process for creating my own custom sounds for courses.

You will need some soft ware and the Librarie creator.
I have Audacity and dBpoweramp, you can down load wav files do a search, the sound file for the Lib Creator then has to be changed to 22KHz / Sample Rate and 176 kbps Bit Rate / Mono
The next problem you then have is putting a delay in the sound , if you dont it repeats to frequently , when put in the course.
I did the MACFAF sound Lib , now theres only 2 with a delay .
1 = John Wayne {dont say its a fine morning or i`ll shoot ya}with a 30 second delay , That sound is in my Con Tee Partrio course near a Tee, forgot which Tee now :)
2= James Cagney {best thing i can do to you mister is to keep you right here}with an 8 second delay.
You can alter or adjust the sound properties within the CA but for me they don`t do much

The following specs for the WAV files are from Stefanie2k6, thanks Stefanie,

Bitrate: 88 kbps - 176kbps
Audio Sample Size: 8 bit - 16bit
Channels: 1 (mono)
Audio Sample Rate: 11 kHz - 22kHz
Audio Format: PCM

This keeps them small enough to add quite a few sounds to make a library.
