any one no how to get the Alpha Mask to cume up in Effects four the Logo- Splash. On Windows 8. Can't get it to show up in Effects. Thanks

Hi...

When you are using Paintnet:

I believe alpha mask is a plugin, so you have to download the alpha mask plugin to use it on Paintnet.
