Hello again
Could you help me out and explain in short how to create a pano in TW 2005 with the use of library creator? I tried to test out one or two textures, but what I get are triangles sticking out of the horizon. I tried using plain 24-bit bmp file for a test. |

Might be of some use. Thanks. This has to do with file format I suppose... |

Yes it is a very good tutorial. Just a note: The panos for TW07 and TW08 are a bit different compared with the panos for TW06 and TW05. I am not sure , but i think the tutorial is for TW07 and TW08 panos, not sure though. |

In what sense Gunpowder? I mean, is this tutorial going to help if I'm trying to make a panorama for TW 2005 course? Or is it so different from TW 2007 / TW 2008 that it's of no use? |

it's the same general process/method
but the horizon is different between the versions
so you need the older 12segpan.obj file that determines where the pano horizon is
it's located in the Panorama folder of the Library creator |

I still make my pano's in the 03 LC and again in the 06 LC just to see which looks better on the course I'm making. For whatever reason I have always seemed to like the way the pano's look using the 03 LC.
Just remember to size and name your segements correctly.
PanSegment 01-12
or
Pan01-12
Of course each segment has it's own number starting at 1 and then 2 and so on.....
Good Luck......
A great pano can save a so-so course....... It's how I did it for years. lol
