Hiya Kinglouie,

I think you are talking about the CLS file ( Course Life System ).
With a CLS file you can add birds...ducks and other animals to your custom course.

Below is an example how you can add a cls folder to any course:

You can add CLS folder of one of the stock courses.
I tried CLS folder of Harbour Town.
(You can also use CLS folder of other stock course )
Go to ( default path ):

C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Courses\HAR

Go inside folder: HAR.......and you will find folder: CLS

Right click the folder CLS and choose: Copy

Now go to ( default path ) :

C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Courses\TPC Deere Run

Inside folder: TPC Deere Run........right click empty space and choose: Paste

And CLS folder will be added in TPC Deere Run folder


Note:
When you want to play offline:
Start TW08 game.....go to: Game Modes
Choose: Custom Game.......on top select: Advanced ( the pic with the cup )
And inside : check: Use Tournament Audio
and set: Tournament Atmosphere to: PGA Tour
