I am running TWG 2008 I had approx 30 courses installed, all was running well. However I noticed after learning how to install the courses properly through TW Caddie 08 that the course folder names where not correct eg. Riviera Country Club was called Riv in the course folder.
I thought I might tidy it all up. So I deleted the offending course through TW Caddie 08, then I removed the old folder that the old files where in. Then I reinstalled the course again with TW caddie 08, allowing TW Caddie to create the new folder name in the courses folder. Everything is in order all the courses are correctly installed, all the splash screens, logos , flags . libraries are in order and where they should be.
So i go into the tiger wood game and select a course to play, all the splash screens and logos are there. I select a course chose the weather and course parameters I want to play and then click tee off. (Remember I have told TW Caddie where all the files are located through the browser) When I click on tee off i get an error message tellin me it cant find the file .....tcr.
It would appear that the game is still looking in the old folder that I origionaly had that course installed ( The one I deleted after uninstalling the course) I would have thought that
TW Caddie would have told the game where the new course was installed with the new install, but this hasnt happened. How can I fix this problem. I would normally just delete the whole game and reinstall However I am working offshore and dont have the game disk. Can anyone help.

Hi...
Riviera Country club is one of the stock courses that came with the game. The course folder is called: RIV
Nothing wrong with that, not sure why you deleted it.
Maybe the deleted course folder is still in the rycycle bin, when it is still there try to right click and choose: Restore
The only way to reinstall the course is to reinstall it from the DVD, the TW08 stock courses are not available for download.
Note:
Are you running Xp or Vista or Win7 ?
When you are running Vista or Win7, you will have to run TWCaddie as administrator, some help below:
