I have recently purchased a new computer with Windows 7. How can I transfer courses and librarys from my old Vista computer to my new one?

Hi....
You will have to reinstall all libraries + courses with TWCaddie08

Best thing you can do is to make one big zipfile of courses folder.
Default location is:
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Courses
(;So go to folder courses and zip the whole folder)

Also make one big zipfile of Libraries folder.
Default location is:
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\libraries
So go to folder libraries and zip the whole folder)

So now you will have two big zip files.
On your new system install both zipfiles with TWCaddie, same way you install other courses or libraries.
Note: First install the big libraries zipfile, at last install the big courses zipfile.
It will take some time when you have a lot of courses/libraries installed.

Note: You will have to Run TWCaddie08 as administrator on Win7, see link below:
