| can anyone advise if there is any copyright on reproducing an existing course for TW Tour? I'm making preparations to reproduce a famous course, attached to a hotel complex, that has not so far been done, but am concerned that the owners may object. |

| Well, I think if there was a problem, then people wouldn't have been reproducing coures for the last decade, but that is just what I think. I too have wondered about this, but I have not seen anything said one way or the other. |

| From my recollection there has only been one issue with this. I can't recall exactly what course it was, but I believe it was Smiling Goats/Homeboy who received an email from the course. I have done several real courses and have yet to have a problem. |

| There is nothing that can be done to a designer who creates a real course, as long as they do not charge for the files. There was that one case that Bobby mentioned, but nothing ever came of it. No worries. |
