was working on this course and was working just fine. Made dinner for the wife and came back to this and got this when I hit the properties function on the work window. What do I do to be able to continue working on this? Cant sink the bunkers or anything that pertains to the use of the properties function. Thanks for any help here.

Try deleting swap files... that seems to be the answer to most of these problems. |

Mark I have not seen this problem but have you tried un-installing then re-installing CA. Can you use earlier saved versions of the course? Have you cloaked any required libraries? |

Mark.. About a year ago I had the same problem. I could draw shapes and drop them, but when I tried to modify them by using properties, the architect crashed to desktop.I tried everything mentioned above but nothing worked. Finally I got so frustrated I went into my documents/Tiger Woods '06/courses folder...and deleted everything in it.Of course I had to uninstall/reinstall '06.When I re-installed the course architect,it took about 5 minutes to load up the stock libraries. But to my surprise, the architect worked like a charm! So my suggestion would be to go into the courses folder, and start deleting files and folders you know you have no use for. You may be able to load the course you are currently working on,but will probably have some missing libraries..ex:-the grass textures may be all white. You will have to re-install the missing libraries...But like Bobby and Jimbo said, always start by deleting swap files and/or uninstalling and reinstalling the architect!...Hope it works and Good Luck! |

Try drawing a new shape larger than the original. Then flatten to contour. Then smooth. Then do a repair. Then try modifying from there. |

Thanks for the help gents. You all are the best. Danut wins though, guess all I had to do was hit the repair course and now everything works just fine. Had over 21000 repairs on it so I guess thats what does it. Probably had to delete the swap files also to help. Good work everyone. Glad I didnt have to go with the install/uninstall thing, but was about ready to do so.
