suddenly my libraries and courses have the look below instead of the purple color for libraries and the green color for courses. I have to drag files to desktop and open with TW Caddie when using the right click function. Any ideas? Maybe settings?

Looks like your system has lost the association between those files and the TW Caddie program. I would say an uninstall and reinstall of the TW Caddie should reestablish the association.
