Hi there,
This is plyrlin49--I need to know how you can get the shoutbox so you can see it--chat in it and so on.
I had it before and CONTRIBUTED to the donation bit --TWICE--I had it now I do not. I felt the last donation should be from others as I did the last two times. I show 300mg or so, and was told or I saw that this would be good and I would access to the shout box.
Chuck (CW????)--told me to go to MY ACCOUNT--did this--it shows it on--but it does not give me access.
PLEASE help--it would be greatly appreciated---as I like to view what is in the Shoutbox and possible add my two cents. :):):)

Lin - if you see the word Shout Box at the top of the screen - you might just need to click on that (Shout Box) word since you know you are logged in with it turned on - clicking on it shrinks/expands it depending on which mode you are already in (in Firefox anyway - haven't tried that in Explorer).

| I just checked your account and everything I am seeing with your settings is showing that you should be able to view the shoutbox. Your MyZip is at 300 MB and your shoutbox setting is set to On. What browser are you using? I would recommend logging out, clearing the cookies and cache/temp internet files for our site and then logging back in. There is nothing that I am seeing that would prevent you from seeing it. |

Umm Lin - LOL - cms659 that you see here and cmstw2008 that you see on EA are one in the same person - just different ID's - all of my EA games (including the tour) are played under cmstw2008.

I do not see shoutbox to click on to it --like I said--I had it before the last donation--WHERE would it be at the top--I do remember seeing SHOUTBOX--I could see it or not. But the word is not even there. HUMMM.

Thanks for getting back to quickly--how do you clear the cookies and cashe/temp internet files--?????? Also like I said to Chuck--I do not SEE the Word Shoutbox on my page like I did before where I could click on to see it and then click to not see it before the donation. I also went into my account to see the settings --it is on--this is what is confusing and I use explorer browser Have for YEARS. your time in helping is greatly appreciated to you and Chuck,

Hi there,
I did what you told me to do with the deletion of the temp and cookie file--I just got back from logging out and went down with my CP--came back up--STILL NO shoutbox--wow--you have it tnen you don't--we have to keep working on this cause I would like to be able to read the box like before and put my NICE 2 cents in. Has to be on your end????? Like I said--it was gone during the last donation and certainly after.
Being that I donated 2x's and got 300mb's for doing so with the use of the shoutbox--which I thought was a good point of the donations. ??????
I do remember if you clicked on it --it would be there then click --not seen. So do not know.
I do not see Any evidence of the shoutbox at the top of my page. ?????? Like Chuck said.
So I am going to bed--I will hope to chat with you all tomorrow and hoping we solve MY problem. Thanks again for your input and CHUCK too.

| That may very well be it. I looked at the donation table this morning and did not see a donation made since the last donation drive we had. If you have made a donation in the past 6 weeks since our last donation drive, please provide us with the information about the donation. I am guessing at this point that is why you cannot see the shoutbox. |
