Hello i have TW2003 and in the course utilities there is an option to convert pga 2000 courses .however when i converting the course there are errors like : current object = Misc files.Unable to find \lie fairway.tga. Would you like to search for it? press `cancel` to stop all searches. i dont know what this means and click then on cancel and will continue and it finish .
when i playing the course example Sahalee everything seems fine but on hole 2 i see no water only medrough no water on the whole course .all the pga 2000 courses have no water .very frustating because everything looks fine .anyone who knows what i can do .do i something wrong???? in tw2002 everything works fine but tw2003 does not work.

I don't know how to solve your problem, but I would suggest getting a more up-to-date version of TW, as long as your computer can handle the newer version. I have TW2003 and it is poor compared to TW2008. Make that investment and get TW2008 you will see a great improvement. |

I think all the tiger woods games are badly programmed!
ea sport sell these games as beta software .
lot of bugs and slow perfomance
this is a shame for tiger woods himself.
people buy a game and then nothing works.
i dont understand why there are no people who play older games.
why there are no people who convert pga golf 2000 courses ?
why i must buy a newer version?
for ea sports?
does ea sport needs money so badly ?
ea sport have enough money
jack nicklaus golf is many better titles as this badly programmed pga golf titles .
that is the reason why newer titles are only for a console .
ea sports cannot good programming games for a pc .
ea sport does not understand what service means they understand only $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

The PGA 2000 converter was a flop from the start, which is why you won't find anyone playing those converted courses and why EA removed it from the game altogether after 2003. The courses never converted properly and could not be shared with others very easily.
As EA fine tuned the 3D engine in the TW series, people moved on to the later games. There are hundreds of full 3D courses that have been designed for TW2006, 2007 and 08, which is what most people here play. While we still provide assistance with earlier games, not many here still play them. I will tell you that you won't get a whole lot of support at all for the PGA 2000 converter because it just is not worth messing with. |

Hi Jeki
I can understand your comments about EA sports but I have just noticed an earlier posting of yours from December where you mention that you have TW2008. There are 800 plus courses for you to download and use in TW2008 (many of them are superb designs) so I can't understand why you would want to use pga 2000 courses.
