Just curious if anyone ever really measured this. I know for a fact on a course I had, that certain panos actually caused transparent textures to occur. This was on my The Anvil course.. But I wonder if they are ever the reason for added lag?

If you have a rather flat plot, a pano can come through the bottom of the terrain.
Pano should not effect frame rate.
