We use TW2004 ALOT and wondered if anyone has had luck installing courses made for later versions of TW into TW2004. If so, recommendations for tougher, and real courses?

Noel, I have tried to do as you said but it gave me lots of problems. So I purchased good second-hand copies of TW2005 through to TW2008 from Ebay and Amazon. I now have all 5 games installed and can download most custom files for the correct year. However I must say that I still have occasional problems even using the correct years game.
