Hey all, long time golfer, first time poster XD
I've PM'd the guru that is homeboy about this already but thought it might to help to post here too.
After recently finding Homeboy's tutorial for using Terrain Assist and 3dem to capture real life topography for a course, I thought to test it out on my local.
Unfortuantely the USGS site doesn't have info for my selected area and although I've had a trawl using Google I can't find a site that can provide the DEM data I need :(
Is there a good DEM (and as an ideal, but not necessary, orthoimagery) source that covers the UK?
If you're interested or want to see if your answers work for my course, I'm looking to have a crack at Rushmere Golf Club, Ipswich.
Top left: 52° 3' 42.29" N 1° 12' 5.93" E
Bottom Right: 52° 3' 4.03" N 1° 13' 4.20" E
