Coeur d'Alene: Missing or invalid file path.

Augusta 2008 : is using mis-named library files. This could cause undesired effects while playing.
Augusta 2008 is actually named Augusta 2008 Ver 2

Judd's Walls_n_Stuff: Missing or invalid file path.

Jockie's Burn: Missing or invalid file path.

Or go back to download page of Coeur dAlene and on right side you will see list with all required libraries.
On right side click on the name (;text ) of the missing libraries and download and install in TW08 game with TWCaddie, same way you installed the course.

Note:Ignore the message about Augusta and augustaV2, it is no problem at all.

You can try to uninstall the libraries with invalid path and Couer Dalene course with invalid path, and try to reinstall after uninstalled.
