OK, Axe ... here is some feedback ... :)

I tried out course vdry/breezy/diff pins. FPS generally in the high 30s to high 40s, which is fine for me. Load time between holes was 9-11 seconds.

Textures were chosen well. I liked the color difference between the rough and the fairway. Deep rough and waste areas were very well done. My only quibble was that the fringe stood out a bit too much since it was more of a brownish color compared to the bright color of the green texture. The other thing I noticed was the greenside bunker on the 4th hole with the darker med rough color around it ... looked a bit peculiar with the lighter rough bordering the fairway, but then I saw that you used that texture on several other holes. Just something that caught my eye.

I really liked the winding cartpaths throughout the course. They are very pleasing to the eye and let you know where the next hole is so you can get your bearings. The little resting areas with benches and gazebos were a nice touch ... those are the things that I always appreciate on a course. Sounds added the right ambience without being overbearing.

First thing you notice on the course is the stunning pano and the beauty and detail of the stream and the plantings. Very nicely done. I also like that you took the time to do 4 playable sets of tees.

The play on the course is varied -- not sure if you meant that or not, but some holes had a tad of an arcadish feel to them, like maybe the 1st and 15th hole. Some were wide open grip-and-rip holes like 9 and 13. Far and away, my favorite was the 11th hole, which just felt like it could be a great hole on a real course. Excellent green complex and nice work with the pond and the subtle elevation work throughout the hole.

Really like the waste areas and the rock croppings that you have on the course. On the little "cliffs" that you have, like on the 5th hole, I might have tried to draw the rock shape a little more jagged just to make it look a little more realistic. But otherwise very well done.

As I got further into the course, I noticed that you got a little more daring with the green contours ... I first noticed a tiered green on the 7th hole and then 11 had the very nice mounding/contouring. I did not find any unplayable pins or any nasty rollback.

Couple little things I noticed:
- on 16 and 18 you are missing the tee markers
- on 13 looks like you got a little lazy with the cartpath :)

Overall, a fun course ... challenging and pretty to play. You've really improved with your elevation work and making sure that each terrain feature blends into the surroundings. Keep 'em coming.

Thank you so much Roger, this really helps.

I can't believe, there are no tee's on those 2 holes, but there aren't. Rookie mistake.

I did put in some extra effort on the cart paths, I'm glad it payed off, and amazingly you are right about the path on the 13th, that won't happen again.

I don't know why after putting so much time in on a course, that I would burn out on 1 cart path, but I did.

As far as the greens go, they are so hard for me, but I did not want to make them impossible, or with big pot holes like my last course, so I thought I would be way more subtle with them. I have a lot to learn.

Thank you for the very valuable feedback. I really appreciate you take the time to help me out.

Axe..

For some odd reason Axe, I may have stolen those tee markers while testing.. ; )

Seriously, I could swear up-n-down all markers were present when I had a look.. Strange indeed.
Anyways, still one of your top notch designs and was honored to have a first look.

Thanks again for all your great designs.

Lol Boze, thank you very much my friend.

I could have sworn they were there too. Maybe it was that guy who I caught playing my course before I ever released it, hmmmm. Lmao.

Thanks again for all your help, and thank you for the kind words.'

I lost some tee markers to an elevation change. It's easy to do.

Your right in one instance nuttywoody. I went back and they are there on the 16, and I remember now, going back and raising that tee box, but forgot to raise the tee markers back up.

As for the 18th, I just plain left them out. lol

Larry, plead ignorance, the greenskeeper forgot to put them back after cutting the grass on the tee box. Happens all of the time on my home course :) Nonetheless as Roger says, very nice job indeed.
