I have seen something on this before, but I guess my searching skills leave a little to be desired...
Can anyone direct me to the thread (if there is one), or tell me why this is...
Both of these are taken from the same gameplay, one right after the other... One shows up fine, the other looks like the texture is missing??
The water was actually water when playing... |

You know what Rob, that happens to me too from time to time, I dont know why it happens, but it does.
So I, just like you, just take another pic, sometimes I take a pic and the trees are all bare.
Go figure. Oh, and I like that axe. hehe |

Hey Larry, That's really weird isn't it, and of course it only happens with water....right? The texture basically going away like that? This is the only time I've noticed it.... guess I better go back and look at all my screen shots pretty close.. lol I haven't noticed bare trees in any pics...yet... (but I'm sure its just a matter of time) But it's definitely something to look forward too... :)
Glad you like the axe... :) (hehe)

It looks like you're seeing the hig-bowl that makes up the bottom of the pano through your course. Usually a missing texture like that means that your total point count for that texture (the water) is too high. As it's flat anyway, you can optimize it at the highest setting. Optimize all your water areas. |
