| I just responded to a question about different colors showing up on course.Does checking the tree lighting box apply to blades of grass also? |

Actually, it used to be that if you did not check the Tree Lighting box you would get the Acid Tree, or the fluorescent colors.
But I don't think that happens this year, and I doubt that it would affect the grass.
But I've been wrong before. |

Right, Axe, that was 07 that you got acid trees if you didn't check the tree lighting box. A shortcut for compiling was to turn off tree distance detail so you didn't have to wait for the tree lighting to render.
That wouldn't affect rendering the grass. |
