Hi everyone,

I was hoping to get a list of real courses that people are working on right now and when you expect them to be done.

Currently I have Olympia Fields almost ready for release. I have started Longaberger Golf Course in Nashport, Ohio and TPC Las Vegas (previously TPC Canyons) and also plan on working on Blackwolf Run-River.

Also, include any redesigns. I plan on redesigning Whistling Straits to give it more of a rugged look. We'll see how that comes.

Thanks.

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is well. Thanks for the comments on my courses, I'm glad
they play well and you get some fun from them. I'm still find enjoyment in making a course
and I hope you find them fun to play.

I'm working on Shoal Creek Golf Club, Engineers Country Club, Aronimink Golf Club, Thornhill Golf Club and Edgbaston Golf Club at the present time. Hope to have them done this year.

Thanks to Bobby and Ron for their news of upcoming courses, as I have loved all the courses they have designed and I am in awe of the prolific output of well designed real courses by Ron.

It makes you appreciate that we do not need any further output from EA in PC.

I also play Links 03 and GBC and PGA 2000 and the designed courses continue to come.

So I salute all designers, as they are the cause of my continued interest in the game.

Cheers! and keep them coming

Thanks
Brian

Hi all

PGAX will be making updates to a few of last year's courses plus creating all new courses that appear on the USPGA Tour this year.

In addition, I am still working on Troon North Pinnacle and Troon Monument.

Regards

Zee

Has anyone done Banff? That would be a good course to see put up..........enjoyed it when playing the Links series, now if someone could do it up for TW that would be outstanding.........HAvev been playing TW since it came out and have all the games, just never was able to get a handle on course design.....something I wish I could do......

Just to update:

Whistling Straits and Olympia Fields have both been released. If you played my 2008 version of Whistling Straits and didn't like it, I think the 09 version will be of interest to you. And if you did like it, you'll like it better :)

I am working on Baltusrol predominantly right now, done with holes 1-14.

Following that I will continue with Longaberger and Canterbury.

I also have my eyes set on Blackwolf Run and Kingsbarns, but we'll see how the rest goes first.

Update: Troon North Pinnacle released a couple of weeks ago. Still working on Monument course.

Also working on The Castle Course at St. Andrews (David McLay Kidd, creator of Bandon Dunes on the West Coast of America, has created a typical Scottish golf experience. Each hole has a choice of five tees and the course will be playable between about 5300-7200 yards.)

In addition, I am continuing with PGAX courses as required.

Baltusrol should be ready fairly soon. Just some touching up and testing to do.

Have started work on the Mt Edgecombe Golf Estate

Neatly tucked away in the rolling hills of KwaZulu-Natal North Coast, inland of Umhlanga Rocks, is Mount Edgecombe Country Club, boasting two unique championship golf courses, designed around the natural lie and habitat of the land. Ideally located for users both local and afar, Mount Edgecombe Country Club Estates has been acclaimed for many years as one of the premier golfing Estates in Southern Africa giving you an overwhelming sense of tranquility, safety and enchantment.

The Mount Edgecombe’s Course One, formerly the Hullets Country Club, was redesigned by Hugh Baiocchi and incorporates a residential estate in an ecologically maintained environment. This is one of the few courses in South Africa designed to USGA specifications.

Pinnacle Point Beach Resort and Golf Club

This is one course i'd like to see created for TW, maybe i'll attempt it someday as more information becomes available on the net. One of the most dramatic and scenic new golf courses in South Africa, our own Pebble Beach and Cyprus Point all mixed into one.

I'm going to start messing around with TA & Google Earth to see if I can understand it. Would love to make real courses one day, but it's been good experience so far messing around with fantasy type courses my first few weeks designing. Should be a huge challenge for me recreating a certain look of a course with the CA program, but I'm looking forward to it.

Arabella

The Arabella golf course in South Africa is ranked by Complete Golfer magazine as the number one golf course in the Western Cape. It is also featured in Golf Digest’s USA’s Top 60 courses outside of America in 2007.

Designed and built in 1999 by celebrated South African golf course architect Peter Matkovich, this classic parkland course has spectacular views across the Bot River lagoon and across the Kogelberg mountain range.

That looks cool Wizards, and Im guessing you got the back drop from that picture to make your pano from scratch.
Pictures really help with me understanding things.

Quick update on this:

Canterbury Golf Club- Completely finished, just need a clubhouse and graphics, will be released as soon as those are finished

Longaberger- Not much to update here, kind of been put on the backburner.

Blackwolf Run (River)- Coming along nice, will still take some time.
