Many have wondered about the purpose of the Great Egyptian Pyramids. No dead pharaoh has ever been found inside one,
so they certainly weren't tombs or grave monuments. Recent archeological evidence seems to indicate that their
function was actually golf related. Although the general belief is that golf originated either in the Netherlands or
Scotland, the fact of the matter is that it was invented by pharaoh Hatshepsuth to keep her ever scheming courtiers
busy. The pyramids, it turns out, were in fact storage rooms for golf balls. Being made from organic materials in
those days, balls had a tendency to quickly deteriotate in the hot Egyptian climate. The pyramids kept them cool... |

Thanks, Boze. In fact the dimly remembered practice of the ancient Egyptians to keep their golf balls cool inside their pyramids has led to a whole lot of modern hullabaloo. http://www.skepdic.com/pyramidiocy.html Id especially like to point out this quote: Some pyramidiots think pyramids have healing power and are foci of spiritual energy. That there is no evidence for such beliefs seems to cheer rather than dishearten pyramidiots. In actual fact they just believe they are golf balls, then. |

Looks great, wondering how to create a mummy look for a player to play it.
