For those of you that want to create your own splash, logo and flag files, but either can't afford a program like Paint Shop Pro/Photoshop or you have downloaded Paint.net (the free graphics editing program) and can't figure out how to create them, I have created a new tutorial for you. The tutorial goes through how to create all 3 files. The zip file includes the alpha mask plugin that you will need for Paint.net in order to work with splash and logo files as well as Paint.net specific templates that you can use.
