Hi!
I'm designing my first course for TW08 and wonder if there is a recommended maximum number of objects to use on a course? I have read that too many objects will slow down the game. Also, how can you see how many objects you currently have?
I also am interested in finding out if there is people here that are willing to try out courses and give feedback. In my case, because of hardware requirements, I don't have TW08 and so I have no chance of testing my course. I have only just begun with it, but if there is someone who would like to test my course when it's finished, I would be thankful.
/Jimmy

If you do not have TW08, how are you designing a TW08 course. To make an 08 course with 08 plants and trees and such, you need to get the 08 game to be able to have the 08 objects. Look for Golfcarts testing. The best place there is to get testing done on a courses. |

I did have the game but was unable to play it. However, when uninstalling it I kept the libraries.
jmeier, where can I find Golfcarts testing?
Thanks Bobby, I'll let you know once it is done.

Thank you for the replies, they answer one of my questions. For the other, does anyone know about a recommended number of objects? |

There's no real recommended number of objects. If you put in too many trees and such, your course may load and play a bit slow. My last course had 8,000+ and gave me no problems. |
