Just curious to know what happened to TPC at Summerlin?
I love all the courses you design from PGAX, so just wondering whether this one is having further work done on it, before release.

Hey you guys! My name is RJ! Just wanted to know what happend to PGAX Courses I love playing the "Real Course!" So here are the course that are missing:
1. Bellerive Country Club
2. Annandale Golf Club
3. Atunyote Golf Club at Turning Stone Resort
4. La Cantera Golf Club
5. TPC at Summerlin
I wish that PGAX.net can make there forums for free that the people do not play online. It would make the TW Golf Community a lot easier.

You have not missed anything...
All the courses that have been used at PGAX have been uploaded here at CS.
The ones that are missing either where not completed in time for that weeks event or the course had problems and was was not used. In both cases a replacement course was used.
TPC at Summerlin is on it's way i believe.
Bellerive Country Club & Annandale Golf Club are both available here at CS, although they are not official PGAX courses, they were designed by BruceR who is a member of the PGAX design team.

Really unsure what you mean by this bud. The PGAX site is and always has been free, however it is designed for the Expert player in mind as we only run one tour and that is expert with very dry greens and then mimick the real US PGA Tour each week, hence our real course recreations.
We do not charge anything to anyone. The site is completely free to join however, we are not a downloads site and therefore only those members who are playing the tour, are allowed access to the downloads section.
On joining the site, one will be given Q-School status and have to complete the rounds set by our QS Manager before he will upgrade that person to full status which is a PGAX Touring Pro.
The only areas not accessible by the general membership are course design and staff areas. Those members who choose not to play the tour are welcome, however they have to wait until the weeks tournament is over and the course is put on general release here at CS, before thay can access it. |

ZB, That is My Fault! I am only a Novice Player but I like to download "Real" Golf Course. I just wanted to know why Bellerive Country Club and Annandale Golf Club label as "Fantasy" and not "Real" golf course?

RJ, different designers will have there own set of criteria as to whether they classify their course's as real or fantasy.
In the case of Bellerive and Annandale the reasons are given in the designers comment for each course on the download page. |
