When I run architect in Win Xp it works ok but when I click on the camera button the program bombs out and stops running.

In Vista if I use the wizard to do courses it works fine, but if I try to create a new course and not use the wizard it bombs out and stop running.

Can someone please help me fix these problems?

Thank you

Hi....

You installed Cloaking Tool ?
When you have a lot of libraries installed( +50 libraries) in TW06 game, Course architect will not work anymore or will become unstable.
But there is a great tool available: Cloaking Tool.
With Cloaking tool you can cloak ( disable) libraries you don t need in your new course, so course architect will run much better when you cloaked.

You can download Cloaking Tool on this site.
On homepage of coursedownloads on top go to section: Utilities......
Inside go to section TW06......and choose: Course design tools......inside you will find cloaking tool.
There is also Help section ( how to use ) inside Cloaking Tool.

Note: Another thing you can try is to delete the files in folder: Swapfiles
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Course Architect 06\swapfiles

You will probably have to delete the swapfiles folder as well... located in program files/ea sports/course architect

rcla396, follow these steps and CA should work in XP.

1 open existing course in CA
2 close camera
3 close CA
4 restart CA
5 create your new course
6 load a panorama
7 start camera, CA should work now.

I uninstall the design tool and reinstalled it and I checked the folder for the swapfile and there are no file in there.
