FYI I put together a new tutorial showing how to make a pond retaining wall using the 17th hole at tay1062s soon-to-be-released Golden Valley Country Club as an example.

Great tutorial Homeboy. I have found that if you make a wood or rock wall around a pond like that, it is visually very attractive to lay a shape around it, just half a foot or so, in the same texture. It gives more body to the wall and (to my eye at least) it looks still more realistic.

That's a great idea, jimi, and can be easily accomplished by changing the buffer shape around the wall to the same wall texture -- rather than the base rough texture.
