Hi,
I vaguely remember making courses for TW 2006 and so I today reinstalled my TW 2006 game and the course architect, and would like to start making courses for my TW 2008 game.
Since I see the TW 2008 courses available for download on this site I figure it must be possible somehow.
Do I still use the 2006 course architect? I have other 3d modeling tools available to me like 3DS Max that I use to regularly use to produce buildings for the SimCity 4 game, as well as GMax if that helps matters any.
Is there a document that explains how courses are made and or converted to TW 2008 somewhere? I found a thread here in the forum that I was going to ask in but it was already locked.
I actually have more enjoyment out of trying to create beautiful challenging courses then I do out of playing the golf game itself, so it would be great if I could startup again and create courses that I could play and or share for TW 2008.

TW08 courses are created using the TW2006 Course Architect program. You must have TW2006 installed on your system in order for the Course Architect to install. Once the CA is installed, the TW08 stock libraries are installed in the CA program so they can be used. There are lots of tutorials that are out that show how to use the CA program itself. This is the only tool we have to design courses.
