I just got the new tiger 08 for pc I originally had the 06 version well anyway I had no problem playing the tiger pines for 06 but when I uploaded the course for the 08 version it played so slow that it was unplayable.
Is this because my computer is not powerful enough?
The 06 version plateyed fine. Also how do I know what courses will play smooth.
I feel cheated in wasting my time in getting thisa course where caqn I get a refubd for the time I wasted?

There is a fix for this known issue in 08, look at
If that doesnt fix it post your pc specs here to give us a clue as to wether its your system or not. |

The fix did not work it probably is because I need to install the 07 game since I found out they use the 07 libraries for some of the courses.
I do not think its my computer because I have a pretty good gaming computer also some of the other courses play very well so I have to assume its the course.
Also the solution you suggest is kind of foolish because what you want the player to do is not use the confidence meter so you are taking away part of thje game to fix something.
Thats like telling someone to poke their eyes out because they need reading glasses.
If there are some courses I cant play then so be it I am not going to mess with the game because then I still am not fixing the problem.
Even though your answer was retarded I do want to thank you for at least answering my question which is more then all the other people did.

Rob gave you the exact same answer than anyone else that has been around the TW08 game from its release would have given you from your initial deion. What did you want all of us to do, answer you with the exact same thing that had already been posted? Rob answered you within an HOUR of your initial post. The primary cause of slow load times of courses in TW08 is directly due to the confidence meter, whether you believe it or not. But to say someones reply to you is retarded, especially a Site Admin on this site, is uncalled for.
You are trying to play a TW06 course in TW08. Changes have been made in the game engines from 06 to 08 and there is no guarantee that the 06 courses will work at all in 08. |

I think your only chance at getting a refund for all your wasted time is by contacting EA. They are the most retarded of all.
