I was never able to find a forceware driver at the Nvidia driver download site that worked properly for any length of time. If you are having any driver issues try the Nvidia Omega driver version 2.169.21. It is available at the Omega driver site for both the Vista and XP platform. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it works like a charm.
