| I successfully installed Tiger Woods 2006 and then the Course Architect. Both ran fine to begin with. However the Course Architect now fails. The first message is “Tiger Woods PGA Tour 06 must be run at 800x600”. After pressing OK a further message appears “Failed to create an empty document”. I have loaded .NET as advised on the forum and have the latest Vista updates. Can anyone suggest a soluton? |

| Vista does not really work for using the CA. You cannot compile the course with it. it will always crash. I have Vista, but have to use an XP machine to create the courses. |

| Thanks for the reply. A post on the Forum indicates that you can compile succesfully with service pack 1. |

| I have seen that you can compile if SP1 is installed, but I have also seen that it compiles WITHOUT a pano. Even with SP1, you cannot properly compile a course because the pano will not compile. I guess if you want a course without a pano then you can use Vista to do it. Otherwise you still have to compile using XP. |

| Thanks. I guess the bottom line is you can not use Vista. Lets hope the 2009 version has a new CA. Thanks once again. |
