| i recently uploaded a course,and it was denied.ive seen the tutorials(smilioats stuff)and they taught me to buildmy course,even some wonderful info on getting it to the masses.i think my ignorance of computers,in general,is making this more difficult than it has to be. So my question....is there a magic person/place that can look at my situation,and fix the problems?and if so can they tell me what i did wrong or how not to build courses? the course works on 06 game wit no issue,but online 08 crashes people..sorry so long with my question..and i thank all in advance.....jonny |

For one thing, use as few libs as possible. Every library you use, even if its only for one object or texture, has to be loaded into the game in its entirity. For textures, use stock textures for rough fairways and greens. When planing dont go over 7 or 8,000 objects.
When you optimize, never optimze with children ans always optimize at the lowest possible setting. Never optimize at full setting, unless its for a lip on a bunker or a narrow bank along the water. I understand that the reason your course was pulled was because your files were a mess. When you are all done with your course, put the final TCR version along with its logo, splash and flag images and the text file in a new folder. Zip that up and upload it to the site. Good luck. |
