It ask me to run as administrator but i am already administrator on my system wtf? i have granted permission

Hi...
Course architect can only handle about 40 libraries in TW06 game, when you have more then 40 libraries Course architect will not open. You will have to install Cloaking tool06.
With Cloaking tool you can disable ( cloak ) libraries in TW06 game and after that course architect will open.

Sorry..i didn t see you are using Vista....
When you compile course in vista you will have some problems:

it will compile but no pano and you have to not check tree lighting .
