Game crashes me back to desktop

Sorry to hear that ... none of my testers experienced any CTD issues. Sounds like it could be a corrupt library, so I would recommend re-installing the libraries and see if that does the trick.

You can try to do analyze installation with CLsetup08:
open CLsetup08...close pop up screen...On top click: file... and choose: Analyze installation.
Maybe you deleted Library by accident.

Also good idea to clean up your pc, Ccleaner is very good/free program:
