| Anyone else having trouble with panos, not working once you compile the course. They are showing up in the architect, but not in the game. Any help would be appreciated. |

Hiya Kevin....you will have to use TW07 or TW08 created panos when you want to create TW08 custom course. ( TW07 or TW08 created panos are floating in CA06....but when you compiled your course they will show up very nice in TW08 game.
When you are using TW06 or older panos they will show up in Architect but not in TW08 game.

| I am having the same exact issue. On my last course I put in whatever pano but none worked in game at all. Even ones I have previously used on earlier courses this year. It is as if something happened to my Course Architect program or something. Weird, huh? |

Below is post i found on TWC, it was posted by Jim ( IH Jimbo).
So far what I have experienced when compiling in the ca on vista is that it will compile with tree lighting unchecked, however, it doesnt add in the pano correctly. I am still having to use xp for compiling when I care to see the pano. This makes no different wether for 07 or 08, still using the 06 ca. |

HI
Has anyone found a solution to this. I cant compile ca using tree lighting(;it crashes ca) and without it the pano wont show up in the game.

you're resurrecting a 3 1/2 year old topic :)
there are much more recent ones on site here about compiling etc
use XP to compile
either in a second PC or setting up a dual boot with Vista
or: with Win7 professional or ultimate - download the XPMode and VPC software to run TW076 CA etc in XP mode |
