When Im creating a course, and right click on properties when making a pond for instance, what is the meaning of the properties that are redded out? After I compile the course, even after clicking on the include reflections myponds still look bad. What gives?

Water reflection remains a problem with custom courses in TW07. You can either look at the pale blue nothingness of the pond texture or you can use the work-around that guss discovered ... use the ocean texture for your ponds and then hide a small pond texture somewhere on your plot. This will give you a nice water ripple effect. I find that it looks a lot better than just using the unreflective pond texture.
