I have been designing a new course and have tested it after every hole and it worked fine. When I finally completed it and went into TW2K6 to test it as a whole course the entire course is flat (including buildings) and all trees are floating about 20 feet in the air.

Thanks, I figured it out. There was an outlier somehow either a face or something got all out of whack and was pointing skyward but it was so slender that it was almost invisible. I scrolled around the entire course in Architect and came across it. I smoothed it over and that was that.
