For my new project Ive moved to the coast, near the Nibbling Sea, so called because it keeps nibbling away at the rugged dunes that protect the people of Jimiland from marine devastation. The future of the golf course situated in said dunes is far from certain, but as long as it resists the eroding force of the ever nibbling waves, it offers a pleasant and challenging round of golf for those who enjoy the old fashioned links courses. |

As I said, the dune landscape that houses the Sandford Golf Links is on the rugged side. Stray from the fairway and youre bound to be out of bounds. This makes this course, although on the short side, far from easy to play, especially in the prevailing strong coastal winds. Climate change more often than not makes for very dry circumstances, which adds to the difficulty of the course. A par under these conditions can be considered quite an achievement. |

Heres the pic that was supposed to go with the previous post, lol. To the left and right is OB, so you have to play it carefully. |

The course has many pot bunkers. Theyre deep enough to cause serious problems. |

Just wait till you get there for real, lol. In the meantime the inhabitants of the town of Sandford are rightly proud of their golf course. |

It saddens me to have to announce that I have lost this project. I got a breakline inserting problem and couldnt even return to my backup file anymore. I got as far as the 13th, so its a real shame. But these things happen with this wonderful CA, lol. Back to the drawing board... |
