Hope anyone can help me:

Those are 07 Stock libraries that come with the 07 game. They are not available for download.

When you are playing TW07 and had message of missing stock libraries, you probably deleted by accident. You will have to reinstall stock courses ( Central park/ The National)
You can try to play Central park or The National, and when you cant play courses, you probably deleted libraries.

When you are playing TW06 and try to install TW07 custom courses, you can have that message also.
You cant play TW07 custom courses with TW06 game .
