I have a problem. Whenever I create a screenshot for my courses on paint they always turn out to be bitmaps instead of types compatible with the ones on this website. Also I cant upload them. I would like to know how

Use Save as from the file menu and in the file type box drop down to jpeg or gif, either is ok, then go to course manager, select the course you want to add the image to and select previews, from there you can add a splash screen and screenshots using the uploader provided, it should be self explainatory from there.
