been investigating a bit and have discovered that the Pano is in fact displayed, however it is WAY below the level of the actual course in tw07. in effect there is a 6 inch gap between the skydome and pano which the game fills in with random textures Ermm

I know several archs have been looking into it at TWC, but as of yet nothing has been found to fix this. Im sure the testing will continue.
