| CLSEtup TW06 cannot install library as it states "library is already installed on system". It is not. Furthermore I have checked the directories and it is not present in TW06. It is not even installed on TW08 directory. Does anyone have a suggestion for a fix please? |

| Try using Course Utilities to uninstall it. You will find it in the bin folder in TW2006. |

Hiya Lawrence,
This is the guid number for the library Bird Sounds:
{76DF99B6-33B8-4CB3-B106-E0A40EA619EB}
I don t know if you are familiar with the Registry, but when CLsetup06 says it is already installed, then you should find that guid number in the libraries section of TW06 inside the Registry.
When you can delete that guid number in the registry, then it should be possibble to install the library with CLsetup06. |

| Thanks Pat, I have opened up Course Utilities in the TW2006 bin folder, but "Bird Sounds" in not listed! This is realy strange. I can open up the CA tca file without it saying there is a lib missing but when I create a "project" using the CA Tool TW06 the list of libs shows a missing file with GUID: {76DF99B6-33B8-4CB3-B106-E0A40EA619EB} (Not installed) |

Jim mentioned the Course Utilities ( which you already tried ), but maybe you can try something else with Course Utilities.
I remember once i had placeholder libraries, added by CA06 because i had missing libraries.
I rember i had to uninstall them with Courseutilities.
So when you open Course utilities, at right side you should see the installed libraries list, they are sorted alphabetic.
When you see empty spots above the first library name, then it are probably placeholder libraries.
When you see empty spots above the first libraryname, then click on an empty spot, and choose to uninstall it.
Do this with all empty spots you see.
I attached a pic, you will see above the first library ( Architect ) there are 4 empty spots, it are 4 libraries without a name, i will have to uninstall all 4.
Maybe one of them have the guid number of Bird Sounds when you also have empty spots.
