Hello, one of our designers is looking for a library or CLS file.
He remembered in one of the custom courses there were falling leaves.
Falling leaves, sounds like it is created with a CLS file, because moving things are normally created in a CLS file ( Course life system )
So maybe it was a CLS file, and not a library ? ( not sure though )
Maybe another designer will remember the CLS file or library ?

| Same reply. The cls file is used for moving objects and not a lib. You're probably best trawling through the courses using autumn trees lib to see what comes up. I think that will increase the chance of finding it. |

Used to know how to do all this. Once the CLS needed to be re-packed, stopped bothering with it. I had Hiker Bob set me up a few generic modified CLS scripts. If the Code was in the older games, which I think it was you could pull it out. What I discovered by mistake is you could set up the sounds (birds) and wind via scripts.
04,05 & Maybe 06, you can open up the CLS scripts, look for falling leaves or write the code to them.
(I think falling leaves was in the 04 game)
Used to be tutorials on CLS scripting, again that was 10+ years ago. (I think EA Sports had a massive tutorial on CLS scripting)
In 07&08 the CLS script needs to be packed in to a .tbf file format; when it is complete.
You are going to need to build a custom CLS script for this. |

Atlantis Golf Club is using a CLS that shows leaves on the Tee and fairway.
I only played a few holes on Pro tees, but i could see the leaves on the Tees and sometimes a few leaves on the fairways.
I actually couldn t see the leaves drop though.
To test i removed the cls folder in the course folder, and when the CLS folder was removed the leaves were gone.
So the leaves comes from the CLS folder.
I also pasted that CLS folder in another course and the leaves showed up there aswell.
