I been trying to dl courses for the past hour and when i click on dl my zip, i get a webpage pop up that says the file is no longer hosted on the server, anyone have any help with this?

| There appears to be an issue with MyZip at the moment. For the time being, you will need to individually download course and library files without MyZip. |

ok, thank you Jeff for redirecting me here............ now, would you please explain how to "individually download course and library files without MyZip"
I truly appreciate this site and have made a donation to help keep you up and running.
This issue is plaguing others, and as we are not all computer wizzes, a more complete explanation would be appreciated.

on the download Course page, where there is the course name on the left and the Required libraries on the right
just click on course name or library name that you need, on the underlined name
then a download, save as etc pop up will appear for that file
save it where ever you usually do
install it
(;after downloading them separately, you could zip them together and use TWCaddie or CLSetup to install them together)
dont click on Create MyZip button |
