Hi....
Are you sure you didn t reset: My libraries/My Courses.( you can do it in: My account )
When you reset: My libraries/My courses.... and you are using create MYzip file, you will download course + all libraries, because you erased all your download records. |

| I reset it once several months ago after uninstalling some courses and libraries. I dont think the problem Im having is because of that. I keep getting the same libraries over and over. When you reset it, do you need to turn it back on or something? Every library shows that I havent downloaded it when I KNOW Ive downloaded it several times since the reset. |

| when i reset my one i did a print out of all my libraries then started the download procedure and when it showed that an X stating i do not have the library , when i know i do have i just click on it and it changes the X to a tick and then does not download it |

The stay checked...Very soon you will be able ot update this directly from you desktop when you install a new library or course. |
