At what point in the upload process do you get the error?

I am having the same problems.

The link that Gunpower posted works for me for the libraries but not for the courses.

Even the link to the TWC site give me the error 500.

I noticed one thing different lately. I used to have to check on the red x manually to mark the libraries with the green check. Now it is changed automatically when I click on the library but I never get to download them. There may be something in the new code that isnt working with my IE settings. Any suggestions on how to solve the problem?

That is how the libraries are supposed to work, if there is a green tick by one it means according to our records you already have that file, if you know that not to be so click the tick to change it to a red cross, the tickbox to the left also is then ticked which means that library will be included in your zip file.

The link to TWC is a direct link to their site url therefore indicating it must be a browser setting affecting you, try clearing out all your temporary internet files and cookies, lower the internet security on your browser and type in the url for this site by hand

Mis read your post about libraries and can see what you mean, the download progress page doesnt pop-up, thats maybe a pop up blocker stopping it, try disabling pop up blocker before trying to download.

I tried it out this morning before making any changes to my security settings and both the .net and .com sites are working again. Smile

I have no idea why it stopped working and then started working again.

It would be a local DNS setting....since we moved servers this is normal for a few people to return errors while downloading. We have 3 domain names to choose form:

CourseDownloads.com
CourseDownloads.net
TigerWoodsDownloads.com

one of the three may work better for some they all point to the same site.
