Hello everyone,
I'd like to remove or turn off chat box, I never use it. I've tried clicking either button during sign in without success.

Hello usb, above shoutbox in the middle you will see text: Coursedownloads.com - Shoutbox
When you click on text... Coursedownloads.com - Shoutbox... then you can turn the chatbox off
By clicking on the text... Coursedownloads.com - Shoutbox... you can turn the shoutbox on or off. |

Hello, and thank you. Every new page (when opened) displays the chat box even after closing the box. Perhaps there is no permanent setting. My browser is duckduckgo browser via Windows 11.

Yes i forgot, to close the chat box permanent you have to do it in your account.
On top left on Coursedownloads start page go to: My Account
And in My account you will see: Shout box options
There you have option to set it to: Off |

Hello, I already tried that multiple times without success. I'm going to chalk it up to a setting in my browser, perhaps a cookie setting or something I don't understand.

Yes i have same problem, i set shoutbox off, but the shoutbox always comes back.
Must be a bug in the programming. |
