Hey Guys, I got given tiger woods 08 recently as I got frustrated with 12 (the worst golf game out there). I installed and everything however when I installed the game and tried to open it comes up with "the game does not officially support this graphics card" and once I click ok the .exe disappears from task manager and nothing happens!
Anyone else had this before or know a solution?

| You need to post your OS / Windows ? and Gunpower61 the Admin can sort this? by any chance have you got Win 8 |

Not sure, but it might be a driver problem for your graphics card AMD HD 7450.
You can try to update your driver for the graphics card AMD HD 7450. ( it is also possible you have to roll back to an old driver, see below )
Important:
Sometimes the latest driver for the graphics cards are not working for TW08.
Some people had to roll back to an old driver for their graphics card, to get it to work on TW08. |

| I had that card on my old windows xp machine and it worked fine. Try troubleshooting compatibility and set it to run windows xp service pack 2. |

Maybe try to run TW08 in compatibility mode as Jim said in the previous post.
On desktop right click TW08 icon...and choose: Properties....Compatibility
And choose to run in compatibility modus for: windows Xp (; service pack 3 )
Also on bottom check box: Run as administrator
Note: when you dont have the TW08 icon on your desktop, then you can do the compatibilty thing in the bin folder:
C:\Program Files (;x86)\EA Sports\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin
(;Inside the bin folder you will find the TW08 icon ) |

You can try the things in my previous post.
Just want to mention there are problems with the AMD radeon cards on win8, not sure the problem is related to win7.
